Har Adar – Master plan for the village center in an area for 37 acres and 30,000 square meters built area. The plan stemmed from the need to create public space that invites social interactions in a community in which very little foot traffic exists, thereby helping to create a lively and bustling rural center. The plan served as a theoretical basis for the plan that later became a statutory plan.
