This project is comprised of a listed large 4 story building' preserved and renewed, and a new 9 story building housing 17 luxury apartments, most of whom have undisturbed views to the Old City and open-air terraces to enjoy them. The tight parcel included two very impressive palm trees that were painstakingly preserved for the good of the public and the residents.
